Step 1 — Meet it
The Mnemonic Characters Are the Heart of MnemoNurse
158 characters, each carrying one high-yield nursing concept in a short patient story — so signs, labs and interventions come back to you as a picture instead of a page of notes. This is what makes MnemoNurse different from every other question bank.

Why MnemoNurse?
Traditional NCLEX prep hands you large amounts of information and asks you to memorize it. MnemoNurse takes a different approach.
The old way
Read dense chapters, highlight everything, drill flashcards of isolated facts — then hope it comes back to you under exam pressure.
The MnemoNurse way
Turn difficult nursing concepts into characters and stories you can actually remember — then reinforce those concepts with NCLEX-style practice questions and rationales.
It's a memory system, not just a question bank.
How MnemoNurse Works
Meet it. Remember it. Practice it. Master it.
- 1. Meet it
Meet the mnemonic character
A short patient story puts a face on the concept — Acidotic Andy, Septic Sam and the rest of the cast.
- 2. Remember it
Reinforce it in the Recall Binder
The Binder organizes every character with its signs, labs, meds and flashcards, so the story sticks.
- 3. Practice it
Answer NCLEX-style questions
Practice questions tied to the same concepts confirm the character actually did its job.
- 4. Master it
Rationales, repetition, progress
Per-option rationales, weak-area repeats, the study planner and progress tracking turn recall into mastery.

Why I built this
I failed the NCLEX twice before I passed. I know exactly what it feels like to blank out on acid-base, or to lose track of a priority question halfway through because the pressure crowded out everything I'd studied.
I'm Katie Nguyen, a registered nurse (BSN) and licensed educator (M.Ed.). I built MnemoNurse to teach the NCLEX the way I wish someone had taught it to me: through patterns and stories, not endless memorization.
Acidotic Andy, Embolic Emma, and the rest of the cast are how I finally made the hardest content stick — and they're the backbone of everything here.
